My 7-String Guitar
This was a personal project where I wanted to use skills I’d learned from freelance work as well as to digitize my guitar and capture it’s story. The guitar is an S-Series S7420QM Ibanez owning 7 strings and a zero resistance tremolo bridge. I’d bought back in 2011 and I’ve been enjoy playing it almost every day.
I was not endorsed by Ibanez to make this.

Rigging Demo (Not final textures)
Shader nodes for the finish pattern of the body. Masked out the edges and bottom of the guitar body, then applied a mix of voronoi and noise (and a little more magic) to get that wavy effect.
